HOW WE OPERATE

CONCEPTS AND
SESSIONS

Each project includes a single initial design concept, and 2 sessions for changes. Any changes made beyond 2nd session will be charged $60 per hour (minimum of one hour required). Flat rate does not include multiple concepts, only minor graphic or text changes.

**The only exception is with a logo design, in which the client will recieve 3 concepts to choose from. Logo designs follow the same process of initial concepts and 2 sessions to refine the design into a completed single idea.

Once a project is complete, files will be prepared for the client in specified format (ex: print-ready flyer design).  If client desires to obtain original build files for personal use, there will a 25% up-charge in addition to original project price, which is to be paid in full before being released.

PAYMENTS AND DISCOUNTS

All new projects are required to be paid in full before start of the project. The only exception is when a client resumes work on a preexisting design through Brad Wallace Imaging, in which case, the client will be charged hourly at $60 per hour (minimum of one hour required). The balance will then be paid at the completion of the project.  No files will be released to the client until balance is paid in full. Payments can be made via Paypal or by check (payable to Brad Wallace).

If placing an order for three or more designs (at the same time), you will receive a 15% discount from total order.

    We want to make the process from start to finish to be simple and easy.  Once you’ve requested and received your project quote, you can proceed with payment to get your project underway. Quotes are good for 30 days.

    We do accept checks, but due to their nature, it may take a few days to clear once received and is deposited. Once payment clears, we will begin work on your project.
